Violet, a 17-year-old, wants to prove she’s over her ex, the captain of her school’s hockey team. To do so, she strikes a deal with his biggest rival, Reed Darling, the captain of the rival team, the Ransom Devils.
Reed is known as a bad boy and heartbreaker, but as Violet spends more time with him, she begins to uncover the real Reed beneath his tough exterior. Despite Violet’s attempts to control their “relationship” with strict rules, Reed has other plans—he’s determined to show her he’s not the guy everyone thinks he is.
