We want you to be happy with your book-themed box! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange it:

1. Returns & Exchanges

• You can return your box within 30 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unopened and in new condition to be eligible for a return.

• We cannot accept returns on personalized items or anything marked as final sale.

2. How to Return

• Contact us at livingintalesco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Return shipping is on you, unless the item is damaged, or we made a mistake with your order.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• If items are opened or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange your box for something else, let us know when you contact us. You’ll be responsible for any shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your box is damaged or defective, contact us right away, and we’ll fix it.
