We want you to be happy with your book-themed box! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange it:
1. Returns & Exchanges

You can return your box within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unopened and in new condition to be eligible for a return.

We cannot accept returns on personalized items or anything marked as final sale.
2. How to Return

Return shipping is on you, unless the item is damaged, or we made a mistake with your order.
3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If items are opened or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your box for something else, let us know when you contact us. You’ll be responsible for any shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your box is damaged or defective, contact us right away, and we’ll fix it.
